Imortal Kangaxx

I've a problem with defeating of "Kangaxx The Lich". I casted PROTECTION FROM UNDEAD on my group and the lich did no action against me. Therefore, I started to kill him (before my attack the speech between the lich and me was initiated by myself). He became to the status "Near Death", polymorphed to Demi-lich and was killed in this form.

The original form persisted in "Near Death", was receiving huge damage (about 500 hitpoints), but was not killed at all.

Does anyone know how to kill him (I don’t need tricks, I am strong enough to kill him. The problem is in his imortality)?

you will have to reload some foe can get imortal. others are Lavok, Jon and the elemental lich they come to near death but it doesn't matter if you inflict 3000 of damage the only way to beat them is to re-load. you do have a re-load right!!??

The reason for your problem is the protection from undead.
Since Kangaxx has to talk to you before he starts to attack you, and when he goes into his Demi-Lich state and you are protected from undead, he can't talk to you and therefor he seems invulnerable.

OK, I'll try to cast PROTECTION FROM MAGIC on myself instead the protection from UNDEAD.

You can use Protection from Undead - if you just cast in after Kangaxx has givin his "I'm gotta get you now I'm a big bad skull"-speech.

Then you won't have any problems (hopefully http://www.gamebanshee.com/ubb/smile.gif )
