How do I get Keldorn back?

I found Keldorn in the sewers, but I did not ask him to join my party and now I can't find him. I need him so he can use the Holy Avenger.

Look in the Temple District, in the building of the Most Noble Order of the Radiant Heart. If you look through the building, you should be able to find him.

Thanks for the hint, but unfortunately he is not there. His wife says that he doesn't come home very often. Not quite sure what that means.

I found him in the chamber above the sewers, my guess is that I switched him with Haer'dalis (sp?) and told him to wait there for me but I don't remember that (obviously).
