HELP with installing BG2

Im trying to install BG2 on my new computer, and everytime i try to install it whether its full or reccommended install, it always quits on me at 95%. At 95% it tells me to insert disc 1, and i insert the disc, but for some reason my CDROM drive wont recognize the CD. Ive tried like 5 different times.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this, or how to fix this problem??
