Exclamation Game Shutsdown

Just wondering if someone out htere has experienced this.

In the bridge district, the game kicks me out to my desktop if I go in any buildings. When I try to run the game again I get an error associated with the games executable. I've downloaded and installed the latest patch, and am using a no-cd hack. I suspect the hack is the problem. If anyone elses uses a similar modification could you let me know where you got it.

Thanks

happens to me on occasion too, but not nesscerily on the bridge or docks area... i think it has something to do with the registry and BGII having problems putting the right thing in... so unless you feel like getting your hands dirty and messing around with stuff that can seriousily mess up your computer if you make a mistake, i suggest you save like you were playing DaggerFall, which is, save often, save at important parts, save when you breath, if this happens too often

Thanks, but this still prevents me from entering any structures in the Docks.

I had a similar type crash when ever I tried to summon a wyvern with my wizard. Dont know what the problem was. It may be a certain item or NPC that you have with your party. You might try removing different NPC's and items from your group before entering the buildings to see if something you are carrying or have in your group is causing it to crash.

Do you have anything else running on your computer. Like Norton's system works, or do you have windows 98 first version? That was the problems with mine.
