Erm ... first of all, did you promise the woman to bring HD back from out of Merkath's clutches? If so, and you went back now, HOW LONG did you take to get there from the lair of Merkath to the Five Flagons. Last but not least, you DID go all the way to the back of the stage, right?

I know that some of these question may give you the 'duh!' feeling, but since your message is really short, I can't fathom the exact situation.

tinytim dont ever do that, if you take him and then remove from the party, you lose the quest.
End of story.

Tinytim, you really should have told us you cheated. If a quest isn't working right, don't you think that your "doctoring" of it might just be the reason. And Drakron is right about the quest not being finishable.

No matter what you do, if you take him in the party and them kick him out....
Is the end of the quest.
No matter the use of cheats, shadow keep, sreaming at the computer...
It does not do anything.
If you do that, the quest cannot be finish.

i think he just nabs the jewel off you and disappears to his astral plane without you being able to follow him if you kick him out. no great shame- he couldn't sing for toffee.!
