Drizzt! (spoilerish?)

Ok, so Drizzt isnt appearing when i leave the elven camp...
He appeared the first time I played through, but didnt this time...is it because I have to be heading towards Athlaka? Cuz i headed to the Small Teeth Pass on a whim...
*shrug* just wondering.
playing as an evil group this time...gonna jump him and take his stuff....too bad no one is good align, so no one can use twinkle...
oh yeah, and whats this i hear about someone showing up to confiscate his stuff if you kill him? is that true?

I think you have to be heading for Athkala after the elven camp.
