Double Importing Charas to Keep Equipment

Meet Lyssa, my Fighter/Thief from BG1. I've almost completed the first game, but I've hit this problem time and again, and figure I should ask now for when I get there.

In Irenecus' dungeon, I've been told that you can Import a charactor twice to keep all of your items from BG1. Of course, you HAVE to be able to do this somehow because of the whole "Pantaloons" bit.

Well, I'm sure that this is obvious to everyone else as day and night, but I have no idea how to do this!

Also, is Double Importing still possible with the Dungeon-Be-Gone mod? I hate Irenecus' dungeon SO badly, that I'd do anything to avoid it.

I'm not sure about "double-importing"...but you can keep all your BG1 items if you pause the game before you "groan" at first. Just drop all you items to the ground when you pause.

as foor teh pantaloons.... if you have them in your inventory you can find tehm behind the picture that is trapped and locked in teh room where u get all the equipment. This way you don't have to use cheeze/cheat to get them
