does magic flute wand charges go up with level??

Ok, magic frigging flute is mentioned several times in forum as the worst quest ability. but seriously, has anyone looked at it? has anyone ever gotten the ability for your bard or haer dalis??

I tried in a test to give special ability to immie, but the flute only had one frigging charge!!!! i was ticked, and it does not sell, so thats out....

so has anyone ever gotten a wand with more than one charge???

i realized that while I was looking at the quest abilities, magic flute could be quite good and worth it...

3 charges of use will throw delay blast fireball...I love that spell, punches thru lich immunity, and I thought, hmmm perfect use of my timestop acuity trick, cast greater acuity, and empty a wand at a enemy...wand shots are spells, limited to one a round, but with greater acuity, you can empty a fireball wand at enemy, and anything hit with 30 fireballs will be dead...

I figured, if you can get a flute with 20 charges, you can have mages equipp one before major battle. in another words, I wanted to see if I could make magic fluck not suck...

I mean, in my game at least, I can make a flute once/rest!

And they last an entire day, so I can have up to three at the same
time!

Up to NINE delayed blast fireballs!
Or three/day, simply!
Quite nice for a bard!!!!!!!!

maybe this might make me take haer dalis...naaahhh..too stinky, like all bards...

so each wand has 9 charges each time created???
