It will depend on your party and your playing style.

First explore with a thief *hide in shadows*( or invisible) locate one of the three of them.(One is towards the top of the screen, the other two stay close to each other to the right of the screen...at least in my game)

Once you have located one by it's self bring your party close and cast some summoning spells, then all your protection spells trying to get most of the summon creatures within the spells fallout.

Attack with your hackers and summon creatures together, having your mage cast magic missles, Melf's Acid arrows and Melf's Minute Meteors along with any more summoning spells should they be needed(You can only have 5 creatures at a time so don't waste a spell casting it when you have three creatures left, wait till at least 2 are left). Have your healer ready to heal the hackers, even if it means pulling one back to heal. Have thief hit with bow or another weapon from a distance.

I usually get Jaheira to summon fire elementals, and other monsters. I then equip my tank Keldorn and Minsc with boots of speed, and speed potians. While the demon is busy attacking the elementals. I have my tanks attack them from behind. It's also good to have some one who has clerical spells, like Holy Smite etc.

Well, thats what I did. I sent in my decoys (elementals), and blitzed them with my tanks from the sides. Of course I had my sorc, casting spells from afar.

Thats how i beat the demons, hope it helps

There are two things you can use that always do damage: the Ring of the Ram, and that ring which carries 7 or 8 electric charges. (I obviously have forgotten its name.)

Summon monsters all the time. Keep the demon busy, and surrounded. If it has the opportunity, it will stun several of your party members, wander over, and beat them to death.

Something else to keep in mind too, if you have a decent cleric in your party.

The group protection from evil spell that the cleric has will also work on your summoned critters. Summon a few Fire Elementals and do a group PFE. Make sure they are uber close to your crew or they will be out of the range of effect. Also, Free action helps because Demon Gaze works like a hold spell. With your Prot from Evil elementals attacking, you can send in a few chars to hack away, while every one else attacks at range.

BTW, sending in a theif. Bad idea. Demons can see through a stalking theif type from time to time. Just not their loc and have at it.

In most of my games, just off to the left of the entrance into the demon plane was a tanari nest. Check there, and you won't have to face the two in the center.
