I was able to find Joluv in the Copper Coronet, but I can't find the other merchant from the bonus CD, Deidre, anywhere in the Adventurer's Mart. Where is she?

Have you got both of the new area files in the override directory - AR0406.BCS and AR0702.BCS, this might be the reason why she isn't there.
