i started a new game in SOA (TOB installed) and created a beserker which i dualed to mage at lvl9. but now i cannot cast any spells, all though the are memorized. i removed all of my gear, so this isnt a problem... any ideas?!?
It's a bug. You can try downloading the patch to fix it. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll have a look at your savegame.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
