Anyone not human

Correct.
Pick a sub human race.
Select multiclass.

All the options you see there for 2 classes
are the viable dual options.

Its very easy to see what classes can you dual or not in the game.
All valid dual classes are the same as the multiclasses.
No, no archer(ranger)/mage but you can have a archer(ranger)/Cleric.

I think u could get a archer/mage with shadowkeeper not 100% sure tho.

You forgot about the barbarian. So the complete list of classses that cannot dual are:

• Sorcerer
• Monk
• Barbarian
• Bard
• Paladin
