[BUG] Second Bodhi quest... *spoilers*

Alright, I killed Aran... in fact I killed every damn Shadow Thief in the dock district. But when I look into my journal it's still on "Some prisoner told me that Haz holds the key to enter Aran's room" and when I go to Bodhi she has nothing to say to me.

If it's any help I bought my version of the game in Poland, and over there they are dumbasses and redistribute the game under a different launcher (CD Projekt distributes it and the install screen and menu is all CD Projekt - so basically I own a different version of the game than was released by BioWare thus making patching impossible.) I also downloaded English dialog files.

So, is my game fuxxed or will I have to start over or something?

Sounds like you have a broken dialogue script. Perhaps the use of English dialogue files is the problem.

Can you clarify exactly what happens when you try to speak to Bodhi? Does it say, "Bodhi has nothing to say to you," or does it say that the NPC appears busy and cannot talk to you?

If she says, "Back so soon? Return only when Aran Linvail is dead," then the dialogue script is working correctly and you must have killed a magical clone instead of the real Aran, or something like that.

Okay, I fixed the problem. I accidentally started the quest before I was supposed to (I was looking around the slums and I had killed Gaelyn Bayle or whatever and looted his body then I found the key to the cellar before I even finished Bodhi's first quest. So it started the "Kill Aran" quest chain while I was still supposed to only be trying to save that guy they were interrogating.)

So all I had to do was walk back into the Thieves' HQ and talk to the guy I didn't know I saved - he went along, then I went back to Bodhi and handed in 2 quests at the same time XD

And it was saying "Bodhi has nothing to say to you." whenever I walked up to her.

I have the very same problem.

I just saved the guy from the torture chamber, spoke to him, then killed Aran Linvail, but whenever I try to speak to Bodhi the text says "Bodhi has nothing to say to you."

Can someone help?

Bohdi gives three quests.

First, you must travel to the docks and kill or pickpocket Mook in the docks to receive the package.

After turning that quest in, you can choose to either:
a. Rescue or kill Flynn, a hostage on the top floor of the shadow thief guild hall.
b. Kill or talk to a noble in his house in the government district.


The third quest, killing Aran Linvail, can be completed at any time whether you're on the quest or not.


Make sure you've done the first two quests, or you will not be able to turn in the final quest.
