Brotherhoods, guilds, councils...

This forum is just overflowing with people who are members of all these things, so I was just curious... what are they? And what do they do? And how does one join one?

the guilds really don't do much of anything...for a while there were some good arguments between the mages and thieves, but they merged into one. now they try to discuss different strategies and such. if you want to join, just put in your signature that you are a member. the two biggest are the league of divinity (for clerics and such) and the shadow mages (assassins and mage/sorcerers).

On the BGDungeon forums, guilds were much more active, and there were dozens at a time, with non-stop rp battles and such. Good times, good times...

The Shadow mages try to discuss everything about assassin, mage, sorcerer topics. There's some spam in the topic ( obviously.... ) but if you read it well you'll find a lot of useful infos. There's always something new to be learned in this great BG world. So the Shadow mages is only a way of trying to make people that love certain classes to spare their experiences.....
