Question Beta patch...

After applying the beta patch. So far, I am not getting exp for quests & journal is not having items deleted...e.g. I have done the Raelis & Astral prison quest ... I went & spoke to Quayle in Circus (he thanks me) then after "help Raelis for Quayle" is still in quest list.
Secondly, after killing the two shadow thief traitors in Bridge district, I go talk to Aran, he thanks me gives me quest & no exp!
Anyone see this?
