*.bcs files question.

I looked deeper in the scripts matter in aim to determine the reason of the (un)popular Jaheira bugs.

I found proper programs to extract *.bif files and to modify *.dlg files, but I still don't know where could I find the tool to edit *.bcs files. So I have the question :

Do you know where I could find descripter to *.bcs files ?

Any links and ideas are appreciated.
