Another Raelis Shai question

I released Haer'Dalis before talking to Raelis Shai, but I already had the gem he was looking for. When I did not add him to my party, he said he would return the gem himself and took the gem from my party member . Now, nobody shows up at the playhouse, so I can't finish the quest and get to the planar sphere . I really don't want to go back that far, but I guess I will if I have to so I can get the haste boots, but if anyone knows how to get these people to show up at the playhouse, that would be great.

Unless there is some kind of a sequence problem (i.e taking the gem before speaking with Haer'Dalis) , it sounds like you could have a bug.
The last time I played through this section I did not add HD to my party and he showed up at the Playhouse with the acting troupe just fine.

Do you have the last patch as well as the Baldurdash Fix Pack?

Also are you running any mods? It's possible they could be creating a conflict in some way, since not all are compatible with one another.

Well, I do have the patch installed, but I don't have the fix pack you mentioned. I looked on this site's downloads page and didn't see anything that sounded like it, either. I am not running any mods, so I don't guess that's the problem. I saw some references to something like NCUA function calls that could make things happen. I don't know what to put or where to put them, but it sounded like that could solve my problem.

Try taking the gem out of your inventory and putting it on the floor, take HD back to the playhouse, say you'll help him find the gem, and, wow, isn't that lucky, its right on the floor, pick it up, take it back to RS and tada.
