Am I stuck forever?

My game isn´t working properly. When I try going to Bridge District or Spellhold the game gets stuck. I will get help soon but before that: Can I get to Underdark,Suldanessellar or any other NEW places away from Athkatla? http://www.gamebanshee.com/ubb/frown.gif

Have you just come out of the Underdark or is this a consistent problem throughout the game?

Do you have enough memory on your hard drive? This happend a month ago to me. I was playing as usual and then everything goes black and I get a message saying that I have insufficient space on my hard drive.
