Yes,
**SPOILERS**
If you are romancing Vic, you can change her alignment to T-N if you are a good character. The steps are as follows:
When she wants to sleep with you (again) early in ToB, turn her down....saying that it would be for the wrong reasons.
When she praises you for the destruction wrought in your name.....verbally backslap her hard (i.e. since when did I *ever* get enjoyment from the destruction of others).
At that point you will see various conversaions of Vic with others (like Imoen) and finally she will ask you if you would like her to change (i.e. become a better person is the phrase she uses). If you say you would like that, Vic goes neutral and becomes much more bearable.
I have heard that she can go 'good' but I have never managed that.
