Exclamation Advice for the bored

ok...I am pretty sure that this question has been asked a whole lot of times, but I have to ask it again. What is a fun class to play? I have only finished the game with a half-elf conjurur. I have started the game numerous times with other character types, but I just get bored and stoped. So if anyone has a class that "fits" the storyline (in my opinion, jesters and such just don't fit with the "son of a god of murder" plotline), and is fun to play please tell me!

a very bored Mr. Clark (you can call me Rainbowsix if you like)

I think that a Berserker fits the storyline well--your character will eventually become an involuntary berserk anyway (by changing into his Son of Bhaal form) and his berserker capablities could be taken as an early manifestation of this. Berserkers are also fine fighters and immune to all sorts of annoying conditions (e.g., fear, maze, stun, sleep).

If you are getting bored, why dont you try the development aspect of the game. I had almost lost all intrest after playing and beating the game with almost every character, however once I started modifying things like AI and creating new creatures and stuff I had even more fun than playing the game.

Even if you've already played a mage type....try a sorcerer......you'll soon realize how this character is different from your previous conjurer....

When you know all rules , quests then do as KensaiRyu told you : This Game engine is like theatre - if you know how you may produce the adventure that you ever wanted to play - there are more and more powerful utilities to do it easily. Just start with easy things like kit making, then try to make some spells or items and after that you may try to write your own scripts... I'm going to ask tutorial authors if I could put them on my page , so people from gamebanshee will not have to search it if they want to start their customization play.

To be honest I played BG2 last time two months ago - I test all my add-ons using my collection (I have 3 such collections) of savegames from the begining to the end of the game.

My next advise : Stop playing this game (take some strategy for example or other RPG) - for two or three months - you will forget how to solve quests, dialogues and then you will enjoy this game once again. (This is like my reading of LoTR - I've read it three times and always enjoyed it)

The editing stuff sounds pretty cool, but I don't know how to do it.

*Ahem* :::Where to start::: OK first thing go to WWW.TEAMBG.com and download Everything in the developers downloads section. I know that sounds excessive now, but you will need most of those utilities at one point in time. First things first get the IEEPro and the VB6 files required to run it.

I will send you a tutorial on creating NPC's and Kit making and we will go from there.

Perfect partner? - your berserker has a strange tast in men - One thing is your beserker male or female?

He know I usually flood the post with links and pages of info upon hearing that statement. However ever since I got these tutorials I dont do that no more.

I am sending you three tutorials, one on kit making one on Editing the Infinity engine and one on Npc making.

If you have any questions just post.
Or email me.
