A newbie Throne of Bhaal question...

I am thinking of getting ToB, but I was wondering is it like Tales of the Sword Coast that when you defeat the main boss (Irenicus) that is game over? If so, when is the best time to start doing the ToB quests? I want to get as much XP as possible before starting ToB, so how late can you go in SoA?Thanks

The largest part of ToB is unavailable until after you've finshed SoA. Watcher's Keep, a large dungeon, is available to you earlier but I recommend you save it until ToB.

In other words, it's not like TOTSC. In the first BG, the battle with Sarevok was put off until you finished the TOTSC portions (if you so chose) and Sarevok was buffed up a little. By adding TOB, you are in no waying buffing up the final bad guy in SOA and should therefore just precede normally. Sorry for being so vague, but I didn't want to give anything away.

Umm... you might want to reread that last statment...
