Post 2 questions-immunity to charm/confusion protects from dire charm and chaos?

Many sword in the game provide protection from charm and confusion. does this include dire charm? And chaos?

Same spell really.

I don't think dominate is really in the same family, since I think soem items specifically provides immunity to domination.

But lilacor may be worth taking to underdark after all.

Thinking of leaving it behind for ardatha the drinker, protecs against charm and hold, I think.

any way, am also testing out new uber munchkin cheese tactic.

stacked spell immunities!

Sure, more than 3-4 would be a pain and duration sucks, but think about spell immunity enchantment and conjuration!

Protects agaisnt fireballs and domination spells!

Most mages and spell casting guys use only one or two schools anyway...

another question, will spell immunity ench protect agaisnt mind flayer dominate?

Worth testing, wot?

I believe so, though based on experience/feeling, not rock-hard knowledge.

I wouldn't be surprised if they really are the same; I've seen no immunity flags specific to either (only generic 'charm').
