Questions about tutu

I have been playing BG2 for awhile and finally ordered BG1. I want to use easy tutu, but i have some questions: I did not order TotSC, do i need it? should i play through BG1 first without tutu? if I have the xp cap remover for BG2, will it work for BG1 with tutu? and, if i understand correctly, I can not use Gatekeeper with tutu, how do i redirect shadow keeper to read my BG1 games?

They're not stupid, at all, though you should do two things: try tutu in our search function, on this forum, and try "easy tutu" via google. You'll quickly get all your answers, and in greater detail than you can imagine. This is the best site for basic info.
