mage in Nashkel cemetary

What's up with this mage who appears after clicking on one of the tombstones? I killed him for a whopping 10 exp and 50 goldpieces whereafter I clicked on his grave again,AND HE REAPPEARED!!

I had the same thing.
I killed those Phoenix Guards using a very nifty tactic. http://www.gamebanshee.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

I cicked again to see what would happen and that mage came back. That was understandable, since he had disappeared when he summoned those guards. So I killed him. http://www.gamebanshee.com/ubb/cool.gif (yeah for 10 XP, that was the best part http://www.gamebanshee.com/ubb/biggrin.gif )
