Imanel Silversword (possible spoilers)

When entering Baldur's Gate, there was a woman surrounded by wolves that said I wasn't who she was looking for. She's called Imanel Silversword. Does anyone know who she is or why she is there?

She is a character from the BG1 NPC Project Mod. She will interact with your party if Kivan is with you. SPOILER (highlight to read): She is a hired assassin, and she's worth a decent amount of XP.
