I cant play darts

ive equipped darts of stunning with every npc in my party and when i target an enemy, the game crashes and i get a windows assertion failed error with the message : "weapon probabilities wrong" what is going on?

Sounds like a bug. Does this happen if one person in the party isn't using darts of stunning?

and how did you get those darts
did you hack them in
or did you find them in de game

Darts of Stunning can be purchased from various merchants around the Coast, Lord Sephiroth. Check here for who sells them: http://www.gamebanshee.com/baldursga...ileweapons.php

It does sound like a bug, greg28j, have you installed any patches/fixes?

I have the 5 cd version w/ tosc w/ patch.I noticed in the override folder there was "dart03". so i used winbiff to extract dart03 from chitin and saved it over what was already there.now it works.why were stun darts in the overide file anyway? did they change between bg and tosc?

Whoops, that's where your problem is coming from - the darts changed skin slightly between BG 1 and ToSC (IIRC). You're better off replacing the dart03 file with the original from the CD.
