Enchanted scimitars... where the hell are they?

I need to find a magical scimitar for Jaheira before I go to Wolfwere Island and then face serevok afterwords. There is supposedly a Scimitar +2 on the top level of Durlag's tower but I never found it. Can someon give me more in-depth directions please?

The +2 scimitar is on the top of the tower behind something that looks like a ventilation shaft. The location is: X=2306, Y=570.

You can also get a +3 and +5 scimitar from Drizzt. I could pickpocket the +3 one but had to fight him for the other.
Note: Jaheira can't use the +5 since it's only for good aligned people.

Thanks for the help. I finally found it. And I already knew about Drizzt, I just didn't want to go against my alignment and fight him, I wasn't that desperate.

Do you lose rep for killing Drizzt? And how great a pickpocketer do you have to be to actually steal the Scimitars?

If you installed the latest patch or ToTSC, you can't pickpocket his scimitars - I tried and got "Pickpocket Successful: Target has no valid items" message.

What is the latest patch? I have the version 5512 UK and no problems with pickpocketing him.

My pickpocket skill was around 40 then.

I had to get my Pick Pockets up to 50 and try for about twenty times before I got both swords...
