Cloakwood Mines Bug?

I'm in Level 3 of the Cloakwood Mines. According to the walk through in area 8 the Dormitory there should be 4 Hobgoblin Archers and also 4 Hobgoblins Guards. I got 12 of each!! Has anyone else had that many?

Also I did find a bolt of polymorphing... there was only 1 though and it was dropped by 1 of the skeletons around (I forgot his name the Crazy Cleric in the Stone Henge circle animating his "family")

I believe these guys respawn if you leave the area after killing them and return or rest.
