oke i know its not fair but hey, i could really do with a little bit of help here. after playing bg2 i fianlly got my hand on bg1 an it seems a lot harder ! can anyone help with jacking up my xp in the beginning of the game ? i am sick of dying and reloding and like to have my character just a bit stronger. anyone have some cheats/spoilers to get some more xp ?? thanks !

then goto pc baldurs gate the first thing they have is the gatekeeper utility you can do anything you want

want a bad ass sword done juw want more experience done change that annoying fighter/theif to a fighter done anything you want

Strange... I actually found BG1 easier. May have to do with your choice of party or protagonist. Mages are nowhere near as powerful as in BG2.

That is not the most tankable party ever, so I can see why you were having trouble. I found characters such as Minsc and Kivan extremely useful in BG1, but I don't even go near them in BG2.

minsc got pissed at me and fought me so i had to do the old hold person /hide in shadows back stab shicanary and that was the end of him

to bad the priest next to bereghost had to watch it was not a sight for the holy lol

i wasnt really having problems wanted to change her to a druid and give me a ring of wizardry
