it says in the item discription that the axe can cast dispel magic once a day, but it doesnt. ive tried everything, and it doesnt seem to have this ability. is this a bug? or am i over looking something?
Actually if you read it again it says miscast magic. There is a big difference between the two. With each hit there is a chance that the spell caster will have a 80% chance of spell failure. They can make a saving throw roll at -2 to not be affected.
oh yes, it says it will effect the magic user you hit with it with miscast magic, it also says the results are cumulcative. it also says it grants the user of it the ability to cast dispel magic once a day
