Where is Stillwater?

I realize I can look on here at the world map to find Stillwater...but I'd rather not spoil the whole world map at once. So, can someone tell me how to get to Stillwater? I can't seem to find it.

Using the World Wide Map scan between the two rivers just east and south of the uniion of two mountain ranges. If you take time and set a matrix mid region and run unitil you find it.
