Where are Virgil and Elder Joachim?????

I saw a lot of talks on the net about meeting with Virgil again after he leaves you in T'sen Ang, and also meeting Elder Joachim, who Virgil was talking about a lot. The problem is.... WHERE EXACTLY DO YOU MEET VIRGIL AGAIN? I already met Nasrudin, already got the Vendigroth Device, already got into the Void, but no Virgil. Can anyone tell me where exactly do you meet him again?

I remember meeting Virgil again in some basement afther he left. Elder Joachim was there too. I just can't remember in city it was (it has been a couple of years since i played this game)

I finally found Virgil. He is under the Sobbing Onion Inn in Caladon. And blast it.... Even though he was level 45 like me when he left me, he is now only level 25..... I don't think I have a reason to keep him with me anymore.... he can grow to a maximum 30 now if I take him with me.... oh well, I guess I always wanted to finish the game alone....
