when i learn the schematics then when i want to make the flamethrower or bullets(i have int 18 or less)then it says that i lak the expertis to make them what do i have to do to make them?
Buy technical manuals. Each one in your inventory adds your IN to your expertise. Note the numbers on the schematic to see what your expertise in whatever (explosives, chemistry, etc.) has to be. Of course these books are heavy to lug around, so stash them somewhere when you're not using them.
Is this in anyways similar to the recent thread made by NTWAYNE? Sorry, I have not played the game, I just recognized the title.
Or, was there anything in the Gamebanshee subsite for Arcanum? I know that there are many tips available... and many categories in which you may find what you are looking for. The walkthrough may be useful too.
