Sammie White?

In the Tarrant gardans, you can find a gnome which really enjoys insulting people. His name is Sammie White IIRC.
My question is: is he a part of a quest or a potential party member? If it's a quest how do I recieve it? Because if he's not in the major plot I think I'll kill him and get this nice hand cannon and mechanised dagger... http://www.smilies.nl/devil/saevil2.gif

He's not in the plot.

Actually, Vicsun, there is a technique there. You need to insult him too. Just keep insulting him several times and his alignment will increase. If the alignment stop increasing, you can now say something like: "That's enough." After that, he will tell you that he is the pick pocketing master.

I did insult him again and again, and then I told him it's enough. His reaction was about 70, though he never told me he was a pick pocket master. Anyway I don't have any points in pick-pocet so I might as well kill him and take his stuff http://www.smilies.nl/rough/fal.gif

IMO, I think that is a better way. Did you know what is the quest he will give you if you want to become a pick pocket master?
