really lost

im stuck in qintarra i already knew the location so i skipped talking to the elf in stillwater and found qintarra and the elven woman raven never came out of the tree house and i did all the quests in qintarra so i figured if i went to stillwater and talked to him she would appear but the lil bastard wouldnt give me the location he just kept bein a smart ellic and wouldnt say so i killed himthere was suppose to be some amulet on him and he didnt have it in his inventory or equipped so im totally lost and if anyone has any kind of info it will be greatly appreciated..ive beaten the game like 5 times but this has never happened before
