Question about ancient gods quest

I have a question about the ancient gods quest.. I never did it, and I want to make sure that now I do it right.. I understood that once you get the blessing of a greater god from the circle... the lesser gods blessings dissappear... the question is.. do the blessings of Halcyon, Moorindal and Kai'tan also disappear when I get the blessing of Velorien? I'm asking this because I know that getting blessings is a way to skip consuming character points on certain skills... for example if I get that blessing from priestess brigitte in stillwater of +1 beauty, I actually got a skill increase without consuming character points
