Question Master Pick-Pocket!!!

When I played my halfling, before I formatted my HD, he had a DX of 23, but he was still unable to place the fifth point in pick pocketing, just how much DX do u need, or is it just a bug.

My Arcanum is, by the way, unpatched...

I would but then I cant read floats or the text in the options menu. So I think I'll keep patchless for the time being.

You have to have training from a master to get that fifth point....did you?
