Magnus Leaving Group

I haven't had a problem with Magnus leaving my group and in fact I've disbanded him several times to do stuff on my own. Now I'm in Qintarra and a couple quests into it he's suddenly complaining about me talking to the Schuelers(however its spelled) and won't join my party again. Is there something I can do to get this friggin midget back. Hacks possibly? I do have the 1.074 patch too.
Coincidentally, I did the quest for Jormund the Dwarf Mage at Qintarra and had him join my party, but whenever I teleport anywhere, he dissappears but is still listed as being in the party, can't talk to him or disband afterward.

We're in the US, which means we have to be especially careful about profanity to keep complaints off our Host--so note Rule #3, and don't use vulgar acronyms like you did, above. I removed it. I'm perfectly capable of cursing a blue streak in reallife, but I'm more interested up here in keeping this six-year-old forum going.

On your first question: are you offered any other dialogue options while speaking with Magnus? If not, your only recourse if you want Magnus back may be to kill the Schuylers, which is probably a good idea in any case.

If you can talk to Magnus he will say "I want snuff". Its the dwarven snuff in mixed stuff store or the general store.
