full screen and 127 mod

I'm just about to start a new game (never finished it and haven't played for years)

I've got the latest patch with the full screen mode, i played around a bit then i installed the 127 mod. Now i can't get the full screen as i had to replace the exe. Is there any way to have both level to 127 and full screen or do i have to make a choice?
