Okay, so i accepted the quest to kill king farad, but then i told willoughsby about it, and he killed the guy. which was fine, thats what i wanted. but later on now, im in caladon and i see a crate, without thinking too much about it i click on it and now i'm inside the castle, the quest is still botched and everything but vernon is waiting for me in there, if i talk to him he gives me the key and the guards attack me, if i kill him, or pickpocket the key, either way the guards kill me, so.. is the only way to move the game forward to kill the king? i'd really rather not if i can avoid it....
