Could someone tell me how I can give items to non NPC.....I cant complete tax quest because I have to give the newspaper to that mair in blackroot....and I dont know how to do it.
If you have the paper in your inventory, you should get the option to let the mayor see the paper when you talk to him. Something along the line of "take a look at this", you might have to read the paper first though - right click on it at the inventory screen.
In Shrouded Hill you can get a quest to go to Dernholm. And in Dernholm you get a quest to go to Blackroot. Both sites are put on you WWmap when you get the quests. While your down there search out and find wolf cave and the ancient maze, both have rewards and exsperience.

The world wide map allow you to set up a search matix for finding unkown sites. Go to the open field area (world wide map operates). Press (w) and you'll see the wwm. Click a ways from where your standing. Click again close down/up keep clicking until a box is formed. The box does not have to be sqare. Press the travel button on the right of the display. and watch if anything shows up. Uses this pocedure to find sites all throughout Aracnum.
