Big problem in Quintarra Please help

I've done most of the quests in Quintarra. The Whysper quest is the only one i have yet to do. Not including the main quest. The main quest is my problem. You see I go to where the Silver Lady is supposed to be. Apparently there is supossed to be An Elf there named Raven and you do her quests to advance. Raven isn't there!! -.- And none of the gaurds have anything usefull to say. My last save was over 12 hours ago...Someone please help....

I think for Raven to appear you must find Qintarra legitimately. If you teleported across the mountains she will not . You must either finish the quest given by Myrth, the elf in Stillwater, or take his amulet to herbalist half elf in Shrouded Hills.

on myrth. if you haven't got any points in pickpocket, you could try using a fate point or killing him.

i killed him but he didnt have an amulet in his inventory or equipped? wtf?

@OP (SPOILER):

To continue the main story line, you'll need to either complete Myrth's Stillwater Giant quest (a pain in the neck unless you can teleport, what with all the back-and-forth to Tarant) or acquire and bring the amulet he's wearing to the Shrouded Hills herbalist, who hates his guts.

Either way, you'll get not only the official notification of where to find Qintarra, but also the gap in the mountains (Hardin's Pass) you'll need to get there. You MUST travel all the way through the pass to advance the game (though you are allowed to teleport to the pass, and to Qintarra once you've made it through.)
