Ok, so I got the quest to kill the king of Caladon, and when I get to his bedroom, hes not there. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix for this?

This quest has two pre-requirements that must be done before you can complete this task. This however is part of the quest so I'll put the answer below:

First - you must have gotten the quest from Raven to research Terwilliger in Tarant, part of the main story.

Second - You must talk to Willoughsby in the town hall in Tarant after getting the Terwilliger task.

Now the King will be in Caladon Castle.
