Where is the 20th soul shard?

I have finished the game with the rogue character, but was unable to find the 20th soul shard? Can someone please help me out here!
Oh, I have all the gems and they say you can use them against kaiden. I could not use them is it because I didn't have the 20th soul shard.

20th shard is in the east grand hall of the shadow keep. Sorry I can't be more specific - I'm taking the info from the latest Xbox magazine (which lists all the shard locations). They're not more specific than that.

"20th" is a bit tricky, since they're not numbered. The one in the grand hall is pretty obvious, so you might have missed one somewhere earlier. Did you get a shard from a secret area at the back of the Temple of Pelor area? That one is really hard to find.

I was surprised that you couldn't use gems in your fight against Kaedin. I beat the game several times with the fighter character without the 20th shard (which was different from the one you were missing), and I was able to use the gems against him.

Ok, I found it! I missed the one in the chruch in the castle. So, you can only use the gems against Kaiden.

You can use them against anyone, anytime, anywhere.

I don't have all 20 Soul Shards yet, but I can use the gems just fine with my Ancestral Hammer +4. Rogue doesn't have an ancestral melee weapon, though, so she doesn't get the gems.

Ok, I thought something was different with the rogue character
I started the game over with the fighter character on the nightmare level. He is cool, but doesn't have sweet moves like the rogue. So I may finally see these gems in action!
