Ultra Rare/Bugged Item... and Screenshots?

How does one take a screenshot on the XBox for DnD Heroes? I have an item on my char that no one else seems to have seen, Splint Helm of Deflection (NOT Reflection, though I have one of those too).... and I want to take a screenshot to prove it exists.

The odd thing is that every time I go back to town the item un-equips itself and is hidden in the inventory. But when I get back to a fighting area, it's there again, and I go and re-equip it.

Splint Helm of Deflection
6.00 stone
Reinforced splint helm, + 2 AC, Projectile Deflection.

I don't think I've seen any items of deflection in the game but you're definitely a lot further along than I am. Are you playing solo or with others. If not, I recommend getting some friends involved. Being able to slow the action down works wonders as opposed to Dark Alliance which had no such feature.

I'll keep an eye out for deflection items. Have you checked the walkthrough/items description pages here at GB?
