Should I buy the Game?

I was wondering if I should try this game? I don't really care for shooter type
game. but it rpg game and I enjoy that type. There was shooting in the Star Wars:KOTOR 1 and 2 and I enjoy that game. It not same thing right?
I have not really try a shooter type game. (Demo only) Maybe I should try again. What do you think?

For all those thinking this game is an RPG of any sort is wrong! There is no role-playing in this it's only a FPS. So considering if you are not a shooter type person don't play this game. However, I would suggest that if you haven't tried shooters then you NEED to try this game. Just go watch some videos of it on YouTube and you will see how amazing it is.

Bioshock doesn't play like those RPGs you mentioned. It's more like a hybrid FPS/RPG along the lines of the Deus Ex series and the System Shock series. If you like those games I mentioned, then, give it a go if a demo of this game is available. If not, then don't bother.

I agree with Arok that this game is more an FPS. Heck, even the developer, Irrational Games, kept on saying that this game is a shooter.

Something that seems to have been strangely absent in screenshots until now is a kind of status screen with ability scores of any kind. I wouldn't exclude the thought that this game will be much less of an RPG than DX1 or even the first System Shock games.

BioShock is a huge disappointment! The only reason why it gets so good ratings is the HYPE.

Noticed that too. Almost every game review website gave Bioshock a perfect score. Does look suspicious.

Good thing that the devs created a demo for this game so at least we can see for ourselves whether this game is worth it or not.

Bob, people have their own opinions regarding a game. They may or may not like it, including those who already played it.
