Sewer Glitch

We've killed every bug in the sewer...and apparently it wasn't 100 bugs becuase the Captain keeps asking if we've killed all the bugs yet and are answer is 'Not Yet'. How the hell do we get past this??? Thanks

Seems that you left at least one of them bugs alive. I guess, you´ll have to go through the whole sewers again and again until you find the last one, cos now that the doors are open the bugs can walk through the rooms as they wish

Thanks for the reply... I've been down in the sewers about 6 times, through all of the rooms. I can hear something, but can never find a thing. I don't want to have to start the game over again...

*g* Don't you have any saved games from before you went down to the sewers?
I couldn't say what´s more boring at all, running through it over and over again searching for one monster, or starting a whole game because of this.

I don't think that these sounds you're hearing are so helpful at all. I guess they're just there for the atmosphere.

Thanks everyone... If anyone has knowledge of a secret door, please let me know. otherwise, I'll just have to start the game over.

There are no secret doors in the sewers, but there is a small room which you may have missed, from the staircase head up into the big round room and then turn right through were the rats are, there will be a corridor that leads to another room and on the left there is a small room containing 3 monsters. If this isn't the case go to the large room with the water and look around the outside of it, there is a corridor that leads to another small room containing green slimes and a treasure chest.

Hello. I've also had this problem and my gf gets quite ratty wandering around the sewers for the umpteenth time. I guess that it is a glitch and we need to start all over again. What a pain in the shoddy jacksy +2.

Has anyone had this problem happen again once they have re-started?

I started again last night and had no problems. One thing I did notice is that when the sewer level is working correctly, the message 'there's only one monster remaining' is shown when you have 1 left to kill. When the sewer level has gone t*ts up, it says '1 monster remaining'. The sewer problem is definately a software bug, not a secret room or anything like that.
