Although this forum is devoid of any real traffic, I occasionally check here to see if anyone needs help/advice with the game. I've been playing Sacred since it was released, and have continued to play it through the patches, right up to the current Sacred Gold release. Same here, i consider myself a Sacred veteran too, be in not voluntarily. I had two major harddrive crashes, and each time it happened, i was close to the end. I almost started to think there was a curse on this game LOL.
Anyway, the third time i finally managed to finish the game, so in a way i played it three times. I have the Gold edition, so i also worked my way through the addon, but eventually i lost interrest, and never finished it. Maybe i'll pick it up again someday.
not a vet, but have been playing for about 3 months, never really encountered any probs. still trying to figure out the unique sets, especially dark elf :-)
