How do you defeat Lyran?

Thanks in advance. My wife and I are stuck. We can't go any further. Can anyone tells us how to defeat Lyran?

First off you can not hurt Lyran directly. The only thing I have seen that affects him is the Necromancer's slow spell.

You didn't state where you are in Lyran's Hold. What you do depends on what floor you are on. First and Second floors, use a recall potion to go to town and he'll leave you alone for a while. Basement, avoid being hit by Lyran and kill his buddies. Find the way to Lyran's Ossuary. Stock up on Health and Mana potions BEFORE you go in as you will not be able to recall out.

If you are in the Ossuary, quickly find the jars that are not protected by the white force fields. Each jar you break makes a force field disappear. The first jar is on the table in front of you as you come in. Don't bother about treasure until Lyran is dead. The next jars are in the hallways on shelves. You may have to adjust your camera to see them. I believe you need to go to the hall on the top right first, followed by bottom left, then bottom right then top left (directions are from the point of view from where you first entered). My memory of the directions may be incorrect. In the top left you will be in a room full of jars. One jar contains his hand, break it and he dies.

Once Lyran is dead, collect any treasure that may have dropped from the jars and open all the chests and weapon racks. Get everything you can because I don't believe you can come back to this room after you leave it.

My wife and I quite enjoyed this game. I hope you do so as well. We also liked the first one.

Thanks for your help. The kicker was that we weren't using the angle viewer to turn around and find all the jars. Thanks again.
