Help On Champions

OK my boyfriend and I are playing the orginial champions of norrath, we are in act 4 where we collect the shard of curoisity for the weird shop guy, Gol, and we have found 6 and are missing one, we have back tracked 3 times to each dungeon, what else can we do? Or do we have to restart the game?

The last one is in the "town" side of the entrances.

It can move around to any of them. Just walk around each entrance and look for the prompt to pick it up. You may need to go through the tunnels to get to the "other" part of town.
